The driver must have a minimum of 5 years commercial driving experience and a valid driving license with a commercial badge.
Chauffeurs/Drivers must have completed at-least their lower secondary education (8th std) in any medium of instruction.
We offer a Group Medical Insurance that covers certain amount of hospitalization and treatment costs. More details will be provided during the time of Training.
Vehicles that are owned by ATT come with vehicle insurance by default. Vehicles that come from Partners/Suppliers must carry their own comprehensive insurance.
Medical tests conducted at the time of joining will detect if there are any problems with your vision that can impair your driving. If there are no such problems, you can drive for us.
The shift timings vary depending on the client you will be driving for. But generally, we have a day shift which is from 7 am to 8 pm, and a night shift from 5 pm to 7 am.
If you have genuine reasons that can be verified, we can make an exception for you. Depending on the work-load, it may take a few days before we can make the switch.
As a partner, you will be under a contract that clearly specifies the clients you have to drive, the number of days in a week, and other details. Unless you have genuine reasons (which can be verified) that limit the number of days you can drive, we cannot make an exception.
Yes, you can. While most clients work 5 days a week, some do work partly or fully on Saturday. In addition to that, there are event-related driving requirements on weekends, for which you can sign up and make an extra buck.
Depending on where you live, and what is the client workload at that point of time, you may be able to choose the routes. However, in case of emergencies or having to fill up for another driver, you do not have this choice.
Not really. Depending on where you live, we can allocate clients and routes that work to your advantage. You are not expected to report to our office every day, but must attend review meetings and introductory meeting with client, that will be held in our office.
Occasionally, there may be outstation trips for special purposes. Depending on the location, and number of days involved, there could be a different remuneration. Your manager will inform you of the same.
There are very clear guidelines to be followed by chauffeurs/drivers on what to do in case of an accident. These will be shared with you at the time of training. We will always ensure that neither the passenger/client nor our drivers go through any hassle in such a situation and we will provide all the support we can.
Depending on the nature of the emergency, you may be allowed to leave the ride after we have made alternate arrangements. But otherwise, you are expected to complete the ride for the day, and then take leave(s).
If you are registered with us a chauffeur/driver, you will be expected to do the same as long as you are with us. A few experienced drivers can become supervisors at the company, over a period of time.
